Spring in the Park
Ahhhhh. spring is in the air. Today was the first day of going to the park to practice T'ai Chi.
The sky was blue and crystal clear. The lake was still and serene. Buds were forming on the trees nearby.
Fish were jumping in the water. People were busy with activities. There I stood with my assistant, slowly moving
through the forms of T'ai Chi. Relaxing deeper with every breath. The smell of Spring in the air. The temperature
was 58 degrees yet felt much warmer. The sun a huge ball of energy in the sky. Yes, Spring is here, the park is
calling and we will be there every Tuesday at 6pm weather permitting in the marina parking lot near the Salt Museum.
Please, join us.

Tao Te Ching Seventy-Six A man is born gentle and weak. At his death he is hard and stiff. Green plants are tender and filled with sap. At their death
they are withered and dry. Therefore the stiff and unbending is the disciple of death. The
gentle and yielding is the disciple of life. Thus and army without flexibility never wins a battle. A tree
that is unbending is easily broken. The hard and strong will fall. The soft and weak will overcome. (consider the waters hitting the rocks).

near. A rustling leaf, a rolling slope Speak to my heart of endless hope.
